JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Manage and nurture client relationships, serving as the main point of contact for digital marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies tailored to meet client objectives and drive results.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including creative, development, and analytics, to execute campaigns effectively.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.

  • Communicate campaign progress, results, and recommendations to clients clearly and concisely.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow client accounts and revenue.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to client management, anticipating needs and addressing issues promptly.
